The-Plethora
Recently I locked the car and everything was chirping away happily but I noticed the lights that accompany the alarm arming were not working (indicators). After an epic battle of headlight removal the indicator light was lurking somewhere in the depths of the bumper which I managed to plug back in but the one next to it, sidelights I think seem to be missing the bulb, bulb holder and connectors. The car is a Jspec car but with UK glass headlights and I think I am right with saying these are facelift indicators and compatable with the older car? Do Toyota do a replacement loom part for this or is the bulb holder a standard part from somewhere? Doesn't seem a bit enough deal to put a wanted thread up for but just wondered what was the best approach. Bottom of the pic shows the troublesome wire with no bulb
scotty71
If the car isnt a facelift it will have been modded to run the facelift indicator/sides. On a non facelift to run facelift indictors you have to purchase the facelift looms and do a cut n splice in job. There is a good guide on here mate
