Tyson
Who does the best breakdown cover and who is the most reasonably priced. It is for two cars both of which are 17 years old. Discuss
Purity14
I have PERSONAL cover from greenflag. It means if im riding my bike, driving my supra, or any other vehicle i can get recovered to anywhere i like. I dont have home assistance though, or forward trip planning. Some policys dont recover cars over 10 or 15 years old - so watch out for cheap ones.

SupraStar 3000
yes. Relay and home start,.... but I had to negotiate to get the price down. Left them for 2 months as the original price given was too much, then came back £71.

Robzki
Rac through tesco clubcard. £30-£50 in vouchers depending on cover. I think mine is £40 and gives us both cover in any car as passenger etc, the only thing mine doesn't have is homestart, which I don't want anyway. If I breakdown outside the door all the better as its where I want to be recovered to anyway. also live on a 1mile hill so if I do want homestart I can just let the handbrake off and roll a mile away from home

Scott
I rang around a few places and described my Supra, they said that they wouldn't be able to transport my car so it was pointless. Even their low pickup wouldn't do the job

Jimmy James
AA cost me £140/year and that covers me driving or passenger in any car and all the extras including free rental car, home start, tow anywhere in uk. Also have a nice package that includes them paying up to £500 to fix your car if it breaks down, up to five times a year. And they always bring flatbed for lowered cars. Greenflag was nothing but problems last year and they don't even have there own vans.
Dnk
I dont know about the rest but im with the AA and the problem is you get a nice discount for being a new member, just wait till its renewal time ! I told them i'd cancel my membership unless they did it for the same a new member pays. They did this time so im still with them but im guessing it'll be the same story when its due to renew. I dont see why your stock car is an issue Mike, god knows how they'd get my car on a truck if they can't do yours.

I never said it was a problem Dunk they will be able to get it on no problem, my ZR had less clearance and that got on a flatbed no problem.
