Stonkin
So, who's still sticking with their goals? Lots of people had them in the previous thread I wanted to get back into the gym. Have managed to only have 1 day off yesterday since last tuesday. Really enjoying doing it again, have totally changed what i've been eating to. Weighed myself today and have shockingly gained 7.7Ibs since last tuesday Every time i walk out the gym i'm itching for the next day to get back in there. Stonkin
Good on you Geo. How much weight will you lose for the comp? What weight are you, i've never met you before. Only heard Ryan say once at SRR from when he mapped your car, your arms were like his legs

Only heard Ryan say once at SRR from when he mapped your car, your arms were like his legs im 6ft @16st bud. I'll prob lose about 3 1/2st or there about, my goal is to come super ripped, better than my last comp? We'll see how it goes the first 10wks then i can, change my diet about. Iv not trained my upper half in 3 months, due to surgery on elbow, back training on Wednesday there, so at the moment my whole upper half is in agony, in a good way though. Lbm
I'm pretty sure I'd already achieved them. Can't quite remember what they were, but I'm happy with that
Havard
I didn't make any resolutions really. I have not had any alcohol but that is mainly down to me really overdoing it on New Years Eve. I am also not going back to the gym until all the chocolate from Christmas has been shifted. H.

Geo
I just weighed myself today, and 106 kg later I think I need to go on a cutting cycle too! thats a good weight bud, especially at your height, should cut up pretty well. You not fancy doing a 16weeker.

My gut doesn't agree that it's a good weight! I don't know where I'm hiding the kilos though, I'm not nearly as big as my training partner who is barely 90kg :s Oh by the way, can you PM me the details of that protein powder you're using? I'm due for another order and I'm thinking of a change.
sdistc
First gym session since 2011 today ... destroyed my back (lat pulldowns, close-grip v-bar pulldowns, barbell rows, deadlifts, t-bar rows) and already a bit sore Cracking recommendation by Geo about the Extreme Pro 6 protein too - thanks mate! Yeah, you need to work on those toothpicks you call arms I have a feeling the USN stuff is quite ok (I have a vague memory of getting and liking a trial sachet or two of it). Always, the test is how it tastes & mixes with water.
