JamieP
You should treat yourself to one mate lol Can you refrain from trying to sell your car in my thread:p That Billet 6765H on mine mate would do you nicely, 800+ on tap, stupidly fast spooling and packs enough punch to keep you amused!! I remember what it was like, it was on my car first remember;) good turbo but there is better out now, the new 6768 is rated to 950 rwhp and still spools like any other 67, the 6765 is only rated to 755rwhp Edited January 29, 2012 by JamieP (see edit history)
Ricky49
Id be wanting Paul to sort it if it was my exhaust not very good press for him.

Jamesy
Yeah mate that 6768 sounds immense. And if you only want 800hp you can run it at low boost ... Until you want to crank it up again Those billet 67's are incredible for spool, when i went out in yours with it fitted i couldnt believe it - there was no other turbo i wanted!! Littler
Bonnet is still in the bodyshop, Noel was not happy with the finish so stripped it right back, should be done sometime next week. I cant get the vband joint between the Ti exhaust and the midpide to seal right, it keeps leaking and today got worse, the fumes are getting in the car somehow and Ive been feeling sick since getting back from the LMM meet with the headache from hell Im going to have to sort something with it or get a new exhaust, wish id kept my BL now, anyone want to swap for a BL? On a plus note ive got all the bits today to put the boot back together, (thanks Brendan) it looked a bit of a mess since taking out the dynamat, i had the boot resprayed and now fitted all the plastics back in, carpet is hanging up outside, i jetwashed it. Also fitted a carbon blade TRD rear spoiler, I fancied a change for a bit, will get a beter picture next time the car is out, maybe there will be a couple of decent pics from todays LMM meet. Im looking to put a smaller turbo back on an all, i fancy some fast spooling fun for a bit, (keeping the GT42) thinking of the new 6766 or 6768 for 800 ish hub bhp. http://www.spracingonline.com/store/Precision_67mm_CEA_Billet_Turbo_6766/3677 http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c338/jamie450x/2794b191.jpg http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c338/jamie450x/e6a5b118.jpg http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c338/jamie450x/7bbc7468.jpg I took a few close up of the spoiler on purpose as I'm thinking about getting one so here you go! Also great to see the beast in action! I was behind you when you shot up the inside lane of the M25, the way that thing shifts is immense!!! supra matt
A quick google says it cant be done. http://en.allexperts.com/q/Welding-3487/Welding-titanium-carbon-steel-1.htm http://www.millerwelds.com/resources/communities/mboard/showthread.php?8739-can-stainless-steel-be-tig-welded-to-titanium Are sorry mate i thought i had read you could. if its not sealing the flanges must be warped just take both pipes and get them refaced so they touch 100% . JamieP
Are sorry mate i thought i had read you could. if its not sealing the flanges must be warped just take both pipes and get them refaced so they touch 100% . Its nothing to do with that matt, the 4" flange on the Ti is a different size to the one on the midpipe, the clamp wont clamp them evenly.
Hellstrom
You need to buy a whole kit and remove the old vband flanges weld new ones. There is a lot of different models of the flanges. Angle, deept and thickness. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=57.729209,11.786219
