pjavon
chris wilson does an uprated organic clutch that should feel stock He doesn't rate this good enough for an NA-T. 25% over stock torque from what I remember
-Welsh-Stealth-
better late than never! just thought i'd throw my name in the mix t61 rav 4 dizzy magnacor leads xs wastegate w58 stage 4 competition clutch walbro fuel pump stock 440cc injectors 385bhp 369ft/lb at 8.5psi only problem was the massive boost spike after the map...turned out to be a split vacuum hose. and as expected the famous popping off ic piping during mapping. mike33
Hi chaps I have a 98 n/a with low miles and thinking of doing a na/t conversion at some point. The people on here that have done the conversion. Do you have to get the dvla to change the records on the log book and how has it been to get insurance on the car afterwards only if the dvla have changed the records there end the reg number will tell them what the car is now or do you tell them its a modified car. If you can see where im coming from. Cheers.
Noz
The dvla aren't interested in modifiactions. An engine change requires logbook change. NA-T is classed as a modification, therefore you are required to tell your insurance company about it. Alot of insurance companies don't like ECU remaps and turbo's, so check with your insurance company first. EDIT: alot of insurance companies dont like ECU rempas and turbo-conversions Edited April 17, 2012 by Noz (see edit history)

Noz
Go to 10psi. Whats the worst that could happen lol
Nodalmighty
My little wrinkle on the NA-T is to make a Charge Cooler replace the Y pipe between the inlet manifold and throttle body. Then connect the turbo compressor outlet straight to the TB for ultimate boost response (I'll use a wiggins for this as I want to allow my turbo to move). Lyndon.
