little num Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Hi guys i have recently purchased some broken W58 gearbox's and can make a good 1 if i can get a layshaft with good teeth, seems when they break it takes the teeth from the input shaft so all you get is 4th gear (as 4th is direct drive) or rips the teeth from other gears like 1 - 2 and so on but also takes the layshaft out. Long shot i know but if any1 has 1 lying around drop me a pm with price and i might very well have it. I can take pics of what it looks like if anybody has w58 parts in a box.
