Cheers are they any different. my car was originaly an automatic converted to an manual so i dont know as ive had a fiew engines now and a fiew alternators . Marcus GTE Posted January 5, 2012 Share Posted January 5, 2012 Thanks for the reply, yes, I think the manual cars had an alternator rated at 90a and the auto 100a. Sorry I don't need it anymore- he went ahead and got it repaired himself- £250 for a new alternator. He wouldn't listen to me that I'd found one. What can you do when someone won't listen??
