Chris Wilson
£340 including VAT, and £8.40 including VAT insured P&P to UK postcodes. These are beased on brand new OE parts and should handle 20 to 24% more torque than stock, with no judder or nasties. Based on my popular and succesful TT clutches, these are a new line for the N/A 5 speed cars. They are NOT suitable for drag racing or spectacular starts to impress the bint on the pavement giving you the eye...They are designed for normal fast road usage or the odd track day behind N/A engines or with a reduced life behind stock TT power units mated to the 5 speed box from an N/A.First one should be in stock the first week in January, God willing. pjavon
Are these any good for an NA-T Chris? Also what exactly is included in the kit. Thanks
Chris Wilson
Clutch cover (pressure plate), clutch disc and release bearing, all brand new. As an aside I have bought a job lot of bits so can also offer new input shaft spigot bearings to go in the back of the crank, and new rear crank seals at fantastic prices, so it would make sense to do those at the same time. I *MAY* have some gearbox front and rear seals for the 5 speed boxes, need to check some boxes. The clutch should support a sensibly used TT conversion, but probably would like treating fairly gently to get a long life. Chris Wilson
Clutches in drift cars, used to "kick" the back end out, should be considered a consumable, like tyres. It would last as well as any other clutch of the same torque rating, given that sort of abuse.
