Hey Guys,

Just thought I would let you know that I got a price from Toyota a couple of weeks ago for all the hood scoop parts including ducting to force air over tubro 2 and it was about 157 quid with about a week for delivery.

I also thought all factory hoods had the four holes for the scoop in them and to fit the scoop just required the whole cutting out.

Could be wrong though.

Kind Regards

Wez

:)

I agree with you Jap is faster. You have obviously read the same technical book as myself. Did we co- author that one...:p

By the way I have just received notification that one of the supra members has launched a Skud missle now its heading for the brighton area.???:D

Best you leave your Supra with me. It will be safe over here...!!

It is.......been in the attic for awhile, looks a bit dirty, but is sound.

In the small insert photo of the underside you can see the 4 bolts that attach to the Hood and the plastic bit of ducting attached as well.

And 'NO' it's not for sale:twak: , I was actually thinking of putting it on my car, but removing the bolts and using a good adhesive to attach to the bonnet, so I don't have to bore holes etc in my nice bonnet......there are proper bonding stuff that should do this easily, the scoop also has a rubberized base linning around the bottom.

Just waiting to take 'Dudeserver' up on his offer to 'PAINT IT FOR FREE' for me......:D
