Digsy
I overheard this joke in the office last week. You might find it funny, especially if you saw the lecture by Professor Brian Cox on TV last night. Heisenberg is driving his car home from work, doing 40 in a 30 limit. A policeman stops him. Policeman: "Excuse me sir, but do you know how fast you were going?" Heisenberg: "No, but I know precisely where I was".

AndrewOW
That was a fascinating programme last night. I'm absolutely taken with the concept of quantum physics, and that side of science now, and all because of the keyboard player in D:Ream Not a bad joke, by the way. Seriously, though. I've Sky+'d that programme from last night, and going to watch it later. Sounds like it was a good one?

Sounds like it was a good one? It was quite mind blowing at the start, but as it got going, it became more understandable. Well, to a point, but it's the formation of stars and the elements I'm just fascinated by. The thought that everything is connected is some small way throughout the universe, is just astounding. He does explain things very clearly and precisely, even with those formulae, that makes it almost as though I know what he's talking about!
