Ricky49
Could be many things tinnitus, infection, noise damage etc. I'd be going your docs if it doesn't go away

SupraStar 3000
Get yourself in a very hot bath and set-up a video camera. Hold your head under the water for as long as possible. The water might help. Goood luck. And send the video to me at [email protected]

Marco
Could be a bit of ear grease that touches your ear drum, or perhaps a growing brain tumor that builds up pressure on the inside of your head. Or maybe just something random.

a98pmalcolm
Hi. Thank you for your responses, Its a little better today not as bad as yesterday so hopefully it will be totally gone by tomorrow, but no loud tools just turned on, it did happen however after chewing ages on a Vimto chew bar and I have had a terribly painful ulcer on the back left of my tongue so that may have had something to do with it. Markylee thats terrible, its it really loud?

MVP
I had a similar issue before and it was due to a swollen ear canal. I'd go to the docs and they will either give you some antibiotics (if it is something similar) or possibly syringe it (which they did with me too). The tinnitus won't go away, but this will definitely help!
