brake fitting question?

I have a set of standard evo 9 4pot brembo calipers with discs and pads etc in my garage and my mate keeps asking if they will fit her supra, to be honest im not sure.

So the question is, is it possible to get them to fit and if so what would need to be done?

Bear in mind that more pistons does not necessarily mean better brakes (you only count the pistons on one side when you calculate the brakes' power).
