Turbo trumpets

Im going to do a little group buy on the turbo trumpets i stock. They are billet aluminium and PERFECT for shows and i know of a few members who run on the road.

 

The group buy will be for a 3" or 4" option BUT 5" can be made on request.

 

Stock colours are purple,blue,red,silver mirror polished is £15.00 extra

Very nice , how dangerous would it be to run it on the road I use a stock bonnet so no vents or anything ?, also does it change the sound ?

 

I'd be interested in this too, how many people run these full time? Rob/ Hodge are you going to be using these all the time or just for shows?

guys, i have always wondered this, isnt having a turbo without a big filter in front a bad idea?

 

If you have an engine undertray and dont have a vented bonnet then the risk is very much limited i'd say. Although crap could come up through the front bumper past the IC i guess? Its the same as having the cam gears exposed at the end of the day. Rob does mention in his post as well, these are mainly for shows.

I would of thought there was more risk with an open intake than cam gears? cam gears would run at least with some crap on them wouldn't of thought any crap in the injectors would be good?
