Samurai 20V
Gauge pod might be good to cover it..
mwilkinson
i dont think il be taking out the dashboard lol but thanks It's the only way to do this without making it look a bit naff. Would take a day for a first timer and probably cheaper than flocking and repair. I took mine out and replaced it when I got the car. Picked a decent dash up for £40. SupraShaun
Gauge pod might be good to cover it.. Something like this, although might be a bit overkill just to cover 4 holes
Noz
I'd go with gauges if you don't want to replace the dash. Flocking is a choice you can't make because of a few holes

Lude
gauges would look odd there, either replace dash, or get it flocked as above. i have removed 2 dashboards before from prev cars, its a bit daunting at 1st, but there will be a guide on here somewhere, bet you could get it off in an hour or so max

SteveC
Try carefully warming the area up with a hair dryer. Plastic that have been deformed due to constant pressure can sometimes return to almost it's original state with a bit of heat. I won't be perfect, but it could be a quick improvement and cheap. gavin.starr
If you do change your dash, you could change your matrix whilst your there just so you know its done for future reference. But in my opinion its a lot of hassle for 4 holes i'm sure there must be something you can do about it rather than changing the the entire dash.
