Could I bolt the seatbelt receiver from stock seats to side mount of OMP Seats?

Hi,

 

Someone I know at work has given me a set of side mount OMP Bucket seats as he is lazy and didn't want to sell. I was thinking of getting a set of those new seat subframe mounts being made by a member on here and fitting them. Just wondered how people go about using the OEM seatbelt as it looks like the Seatbelt receiver is attached to the stock seat? Can I remove the receiver and maybe drill and bolt it to the side mount of the OMP seats?

 

I have had a look on search but most people seem to go with a harness which I don't want to do just yet as it isn't exactly a track car.
