Geo
IMO there is no real best pre workout drink. Look back the 60's, 70's era they didn't have all this supplementation available to them, all they did was train, eat, sleep, train, eat, sleep, and do cardio at some point. Protein wise you can't beat real food for a good source, fish, chicken, meat, turkey, eggs, etc. There are loads of different protein powders that you can use to supplement with, Extreme pro6, Muscle fury, bulkpowders, my protein, these are use to top up your protein if you find it hard to eat it. Losing fat is simple, add in some cardio, keep protein high and drop your carb intake slightly, remember a calorie burned is a calorie burned, that's basically it. There is no right and wrong way to BB, as everyone is different what works for one, might not for another. On that note, im off to scoff down - 5 eggs 2 slices cheese 2 onion bagels apple juice coffee
spikedjack
Supplements are designed to do what they say on the tin Supplement what you cant get from your diet easily in the day. 1g of protein per lb lean bodymass is deemed as the correct amount, look into your dietary intake and look then into what shake is best regarding carb/fat/protein content and obviously flavour/other bits bcaa's igf etc
