Hi, mid day today my old mans garage got broken into and my set of 16" oem alloy wheels and blitz nur spec r exhaust system where stolen, they bent up the garage door from the bottom and got it, but the worst thing is that one of our neighbours watch the whole thing happen and didn't do anything not even call the police, so if you hear of wheels and an exhaust being sold in the Dartford area could you please give me a heads up, thanks

Thanks guys, i've done abit of my own detective work and i've found my wheels they were weighed in at my local scrap dealers got the wheels back but had to pay £14 to get them back, i also got a address, reg number and a name of the person who weighed them in from the scrap yard, turns out they only live about two roads away so i've pass the info onto the police. they said they were going to check out the address and that they have an idea who it is, so lets wait and see what happens if they come up with a result, if not i'll be going round there myself

Silver lining mate, chuffed for you that you got them back and that you got the guys details is a billy bonus. I would be going round there regardless of what the police do to confront them if it were me. Not everything has to end in violence, just him knowing that you know it was him would be enough to make sure it didnt happen again and give you a little bit of satisfaction.

hard to prove the person that scrapped them stole them so will more than likely get a caution for handling stolen goods and you loose out,

always the way mate.

should have not even notified the police and dealt with it yourself im sure some guys in your area would have helped

sorry to hear about that tho mate but police are useless,
