Parry_10
Getting really fed up with my supra now had a heating/coolant issue and clutch issue for months now and just cant get to the bottom of it. I thought I had with the clutch issue but its still not right and the problems are to hard to explain and come up with a solution over the net to be honest-ive searched through countless threads etc. Im now thinking I cant be dealing with the hastle and stress no more. Think I might just get rid, rant over!
Abz
How about you take it to a Supra specialist local to you? They might be able to find the underlying problem.
KamaSupra
Stick with it, as said try taking it to a Supra specialist. You get problems at some point with any car at the end of the day, so no point selling up. Sure you'll soon get everything sorted.
Guigsy
Sometimes it's just worth taking to someone who really knows what they are doing. Even if they are out of the way. Draw up a list of the lungs you don't like and say "fix it, call ne when it's done"
mark newman
Give Dude a ring he is not far from you, he will sort it out. if not you can sell it to me for £
SPG
I felt like you this time last year, but then i took the plundge and drove all the way to Shropshire to see CW and now my car has never felt so responsive and such a pleasure to drive. Think the specialists we have on this forum are a credit to this great club :-)
RobSheffield
What have you done so far to diagnose or fix either issue? Any preventative maintenance been carried out recently? Last service and/or fluid change? Symptoms of either problem?
Dim Sum
Your probably thinking that now but once its over you be glad you didnt sell it and every time you drive it puts a smile on your face. Well that's what I went through anyway. I never look back and glad I still have the supra.
mwilkinson
As above take it to someone who knows what they are doing and save yourself some hassle and frustration.
SupraStar 3000
we all go through rough patches with our loved ones. Think of it as Supra PMT. Get her booked with your local mechanical gynecologist and feel the love again.
Havard
I am interested to know who has looked at this car for you to give up on it. Has this been all your own efforts? H.

Parry_10
cheers guys I think the problem is im just too stubborn and dont like to let things beat me. Im determined to sort it out myself, ive done so much work on the car but its always the small problems that turn out to be the problems the hardest to diagnose which frustrates me. As for the problems I have posted up threads etc and have found a few things to try that members have suggested but its not really getting me anywhere so I guess im just going to have to take it somewhere and get a huge bill probably have to wait until after xmas now though

Chris Wilson
Well, now you have announced to the world it's got coolant issues, and the clutch is goosed, someone will have to fix it, as it's now known worldwide as a scrapper I will sort it if you want, or try and advise on here.
