Rob_Mitchell
My mate dropped his RX off for the engine bay to be colour coded to the candy red and a bit of a tidy up. Plus front bumper and some other parts need painting due to stone chips ect.
ripped_fear
Thats a nice rx7 you friend has, but it always disappoints me when the bonnet are opened, the engines look so untidy although his does look very clean with all the chrome
Rob_Mitchell
Yeah i know what you mean but he is more bothered about how it goes mate. Its running just shy of 500bhp and in this its a absolute animal on the street.. on its 3rd rebuild too lol, got to have very deep pockets to run one. This runs on a 2 stroke mix too, so fill ups are funny to watch

Tell him to go buy a supra and be done with it

Rob_Mitchell
Engine and gearbox removed now. Cracked on and got the underneath of the bonnet painted and also did the bay. Looks great and might stop people at shows picking holes in what is a very well looked after RX7.

pistonbroke
Great car this, I went out in it before the big tune up, and it was mental. Totally different style of drive compared to the supra. Plus the guy can really drive it too. Made me grin like a twat around bluewater I'd advise him to skip rebuild number 4 and throw a LS engine in there. We have been waiting for you to turn up at the next meet mate, the car is insane now mate and the sound is evil... its ok having the reliable ls engine lol but its not the sexy sound of a rotary but it is Cheaper than a rebuild ha ha
pistonbroke
Are you saying V8's don't sound sexy? Been a bit of an issue with bringing the car out of late, some silly prat drove into her, so shes been in the garage for ages waiting for parts
