Spunkmeyer Posted November 29, 2011 Share Posted November 29, 2011 Is it possible to fit Recaro's from other manufacturers to a facelift Supra? Audi's, Ford ST's etc? Are the mounting racks for Recaro's the same? A Recaro supplier suggested they are mostly identical once a Recaro specific mount is fitted - most other Recaro's will fit? The only types I could imagine having issues with are the non-racing types and the electronic types. I think these ones use full on vehicle specific mounting rather than the generic type. They aren't race type Recaros though Basically I don't fit into the std cloth Recaros I have in the car, so re-upholstering them with Jurgen isn't going to help with comfort. Im looking for race or non race spec seats that are modern leather and probs not 2nd hand OEM leather.
