JakeG
After going to the gym now for while I'm now starting to get stretch marks on my arms, I was wondering if any off you's have had these and what products you recommend work best to minimize them? Thanks for any help
Josh
I've had them since I was about 15. Tried Bio-oil and there was no noticeable difference. They've almost gone now, the skin's just slightly wrinkled. It's all good!
Morpheus
Wow, you must be growing well then! Tannhauser is quite a lump. He should know a thing or two about it! Geo is also a bodybuilder. Jazz1 has also made some impressive gains. A workmate of mine did mention a cream that his girlfriend used during her pregnancy but he said it was quite expensive but did work. Probably a collagen based cream. I'll have a word. You could allow more time for your skin to catch up with your muscles, though I'm not sure if it works that way. Vit C should help too. This looks likely to be helpful... http://www.dermacaredirect.co.uk/body-treatments/stretch-mark-treatments.html?kw=stretch mark&fl=516634&ci={creative}&network=s
JakeG
Trilastin-SR Stretch Mark Cream, this stuff is pretty expensive but from the reviews it looks pretty good
Axle
If you're looking to grow and grow big, it's part and parcel... If it worries you that much, stop it. Nothing is going to work miracles or rid you of them.
keener
Vitamin E oil helps minimise scars so could be a pretty cheap try. Just buy a bottle of capsules from Holland & BArrett (or similar), puncture the capsule and squeeze the oil out as necessary. Also good for spots apparently! kwalker705
Got some pretty bad ones from my armpits onto my biceps and upper chest. they appeared when i pushed alot harder on my bench press and went for some serious weight. I use cocoa butter that the missus gave me. they've not gone away but they are less noticable now.

Getrag
Bottom line, nothing lol. The collagen matrix underneath is stretched and torn from growing too fast. Vitamin E helps with most skin things though.
