supra_aero
As per the title. And before anyone asks, yes I'm fully capable of writing a good cv. But I know a professional (true professional, not a scammer) will be able to make it read and stand out that little better as I am not a writer or HR person by nature. I work in a highly competitive industry (finance) and am at the sort of level where I think a professional cv may give me the boost my career needs into the real big dollars Genuine experience, responses or recommendations etc. would be greatly appreciated. Basically I'm going to pay anyway, its more a case of how much I should spend and ideally if someone can recommend somewhere. Thanks
scotty71
No, but........................ When I was made redundant from my Store Manager role in 2006 my Divisonal Exec who was a real great guy with sound advice advised me to go the pro route. I think back then 70 notes would get you a great C.V. I dont know what the going rate is now but if your looking for a job further up the scale from maccy d's or Burger King I would say yes get it done professionally *just seen your in finace* I should read down abit more!!! deffo pro route my friend and like you said it might give you the edge scotty

grahamc
I have also been very tempted by this, I'm in the IT contrract market and I'm sure I have missed a few roles based on how my CV is written. Would like to hear about your experience and thoughts once all done. As my CV has a lot technical jargon that you need to understand in order write about....
