Neil-NA
For sale are a set of KYB adjustable shocks with tein s-tech lowering springs. Shocks have covered roughly 20k and are like new, all adjusters work and they go from soft (slightly harder than standard shocks) to hard (very stiff, ideal for spirited driving) Springs have covered 500 miles. These transformed the feel of the car especially the turn in and they were a nice ride, not too hard but at the same time the car doesn't flop around. TBH i am selling as i am not happy with the ride height especially as i run 16's on the back and 17's on the front now it looks really odd. I am in no rush to sell so i am going to leave this open to offers, dont be silly though, the total cost for this set up stands me at £480, so please don't offer me £100. NO offers via PM please to keep it fair if interested post in the thread.
Guest PaulT
Do you know the spring rates, and are the shocks adjustable in-place or do you need to remove them? Thanks Paul.
Kirk
Spring rates are what are quoted on Tein's sight which are 560 front and 274 rear. They give a drop in ride height of 32mm up front and 20mm on the rear. The stiffness is adjustable via an adjustable screw on the top of the shocks and doesn't need removing to adjust. Guest PaulT
I'll start the bidding at £370, if I may. Depending on condition. Paul.
