New gym routine for 1 week only - German Volume Training!!!!!

I know what you mean, i like to keep my body guessing too, sometimes I have coco-pops with milk for breakfast, sometimes a cup of tea and sometimes I miss it altogether and get a bacon roll at work, you gotta keep mixing it up.

Seriously though, 2 of my friends are doing this max-bad-German workout and they say they are getting good gains (watch out gym terminology) and they do look a bit bigger around the upper body area. The one disadvantage is other gym players have to wait ages for you to get off that machine.

Yeah true i spent 25 mins on each of the 2 exercises i did today!!

you'd be swiftly booted off if i was waiting on that machine, lol

So dam jealous you guys are training, im doing legs and abs 2x per week just now, till this tendon heals up. FFS i was lifting 2kg dumbells last night as part of my Physio, :(

I've tried a lot of supplements, all deemed as the next big thing...

Save your money. Eat clean 6 times per week, consume correct measures of protein, carbs and fats for your body composition and you're laughing.

"NO Exploding Death-Napalm TURBO Mach3 TYPE-R" may stimulate you to press on through a tough session but so will good old school grit

This.

Also, if you want to try something challenging with high volume, you could have a go at Smolov. It doesn't involve 25 minutes of curls, however.

Ok so just back from the gym... OH MY GOD :faint:

Ended up doing arms as someone was on the back thing i wanted to use:

Did standing bicep curls using the olympic 20kg bar. Did 5 sets of 10 @ 40kg, then dropped down to 35kg for the last 5 sets of 10. Finished up doing an 11th rep back at 40kg for 6 reps... the pumps were awesome, the pain was brutal :)

Then i had time to do triceps, so i did stand cable tricep pull downs using the rope.... 33kg's for 5 sets of 10 then 31kg for the final set of 5 x 10.....

I can honestly say my arms havent felt so WRECKED in a long time.... I cant wait to get in there tomorrow now and nail Chest....BOOM :)

Woke up this morning and my arms hurt (result)...but also my stomach is sore too - as if i'd trained abs yesterday, but i didnt.

maybe all the strain from doing so many bicep curls also worked the abs, if so thats a brucie bonus :D

Chest today - not sure if i should do bench press with dumbell or barbell... :search:

So 1st wk is complete.

Dumbell chest yesterday and lat pull downs today.

Really like this workout even though its absolutely brutal the results are decent and very good pumps right after.

Definitely going to run it for another 2-3wks before mixing it up again.

Jacked 3d works a dream for me dan...prob d best pre i've ever taken. Def recommend it

Started using Jack3d now, I am very pleased with the way it works, Very explosive work outs when required.

First time of taking it i was aching before finishing my hour off in the gym, great result.

Im only on one scoop at the moment but thinking of upping it to 1.5 scoops would this require more water to add??
