James and Lee finished my special wishes for the engine bay .... and they even went beyond.

Their work is simply amazing !!

I wanted a stealthy look for the bay : that's it ... that's perfect for me.

SRD once again sets the standards very high !

Guys : you are awesome.

Thanks so far

Triples Luc??

Your scaring me...you planning on racing a Eurofighter jet then?

Haha Glenn.

Hopefully not ;)

After long discussions with Lee, we agreed on this setup. I absolutely wanted to avoid monster injectors. I could have simply put ID2000 in without changing anything else on the fuel system.

However, fearing drivability, and especially idle (MOT) and low rev cruising, we wanted to upgrade the fuel system to the max to allow the "smallest" possible injectors for 1000+ bhp.

The fuel system with 3x Walbro 485, twin -8AN lines will be good for 1400 bhp ; so that puts us on the safe side. The ASNU 1500cc may struggle with a 3 bar base pressure, but the fuel system will be perfect to raise the BP to 4 bar, which puts us on the safe side with the injectors too

Ok Luc - that makes sense..I think I'm safe with my setup for now ;)

Maybe...

That depends Glenn .... what if you go with the solution after the "or" in your avatar :p :D

Fantastic!

Can't wait to see what this does.

Thanks John .... Lee and James should get it finished by end of next week ; then mapping :eyebrows:

This is awesome that's all I need is another pump and some lines ect would like 750 on ethanol, may have to start buying engine bits next lol

Haha .... that's it Lee ;)

LOVE IT!

Cheers mate ;)

That engine bay is looking awesome Luc  and as usual an excellent work done by SRD :)

Where did you get the plate from that's just in front of the rad with the supra logo on it?

Got any dates for the mapping yet?

Yes Andrew ; SRD set the bar again very high. James put it .... ask him. ;)

I'm more of a shiny bay person, but that does look great. Very stealthy and clean looking.

Thank you :)

That's bloody awesome, 3 fuel pumps?!
