I know John. The only downside is that I cannot only replace the head. The VVTi block is also slightly different as the oil galleries are larger on the VVTi block. Going VVTi would mean a complete new engine. I'm not sure I will do that.

Which oil galleries?

I have a non VVTi block with my VVTi head and so do lots of the americans as well..

The oil going to the VVTi solenoid is not that big.. I dont see a problem running one even if there is some difference in the blocks. I'd like to see pictures of these said differences..

Roger that Krister.

So you say routing the oil to the VVTi solenoid is more than enough even on a non-VVTi block?

Whilst my box is at Jacks, my Supra is sitting at my local garage.

The front bumper will be resprayed as I had a lot of stone chips after DB, my track day (last year) and the rolling race 3 weks ago.

End of this week, the black PHR pulleys will be installed.

A stubby aerial antenna was also installed. I just hope reception won't be too bad, otherwise the OEM one will go back on.

The local garage runs several GT86, one is supercharged. Stage 1 with around 320 bhp. They will install a stage 2 kit over winter, should come close to 400 bhp.

I haven't driven it yet, but saw it go around the track ; very fast as very light.

In the states, all 900+ GTR's run Jack transmissions.

Why would you sell your Stage5 mate? If you want more power, why not use your current GTR. It's a great car already.

I much prefer the look of the newer DBA ones with the DRL' - and I want the deep blue one.
