Mike2JZ Posted May 14, 2022 Share Posted May 14, 2022 Ive never tried to be honest so couldnt say. I can't imagine it will make much difference if I were to take a guess though. Most of the flow restriction is from the exhaust wheel size and A/R turbine limitations rather than an issue with gates regulating boost. If the gate welded to housing did increase the A/R or something along those lines then you will probably sacrifice response on the low end so kind of pointless, might as well run a larger turbo. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
