monsween
Well my friend olley changed the brake discs on the Hilux over the weekend and it did not stop in the slightest. I knew it was bad and haven't drove the thing in weeks/months until it got fixed. Well this is what he found on the passengers side front disc. I was practically speechless. (Oh and the pads were just as bad.) Now it stops better because race car

Josh
Holy crap, that's terrible! How can it have passed the last MOT with the disks as bad as they would have been at that time?!
monsween
Looks like it just gave way and broke into a million pieces. The brakes were bad on it but not downright dangerous until the calliper gave up the ghost a few weeks ago and i stopped driving it then so as i could get it fixed. Getrag
How could the driver have not possibly felt this decay under the brake pedal
Rob_Mitchell
Holy crap, that's terrible! How can it have passed the last MOT with the disks as bad as they would have been at that time?! Brake discs are not part of the mot test mate, its just an advisory..
