Will a boosted rasper be even worse than a stock raspy rasper?

 

It will be less so due to the turbo and revised manifold in the system.

That has made my day but I know what you mean as I got done at the lights by a mobility scooter the other day but just about outpaced the cripple on crutches . Maybe we should have a competition as to who has the slowest car and the winner/loser gets a bus pass.

Mines was 1st cat honed and 2nd decat, the exhaust was 3" from the 2nd cat back, one thing it wasn't was Raspy!

 

Loud Popping and Child Scaring, Yes! Raspy, no!
