thank you man,i found one used for 100 euros and i might go for it. cheers.

 

No worries :)

 

Make sure it is in good condition & off a low mileage car or as new as possible. If you can then go new, this is a major fail part on the Supra & over time & age they fail.

same thing happened on my Supra last year while cruising at 180km/h and finally got it sorted out with a brand new stock replacement unit, did the timing belt and oil seals servicing at the same time including replacing the old water pump unit (only changed the front portion as brand new unit comes with complete assembly).
