little num
Hi folks i have decided to sell this exhaust as i cant be assed in keep swapping them over for each event. The Exhaust is made by KAKIMOTO RACING PRODUCTS and sounds truely amazing but unfortunalty its far too noisy for my trackdays as they are becoming very stricked about noise. Otherwise i wouldnt be selling it as i think its brill. Its a 3" flange that bolts to your cat or decat (fits perfect) and then 4" pipe to the joint then goes down to 3 half " then back to 4". When i bought the exhaust the gasket on the joint was scrap so i tried to get 1 but with no look, so i had the exhaust welded together using stainless and its mint no leaks and will never let you down like gaskets do. The exhaust fits perfect on all the brackets and comes out at a nice angle as seen in the video. As far as i can see there are no dents but a few small scuff marks on the rear box, other then this it will polish up real nice as its a FULL stainless system. This exhaust is not quiet but does sound real nice and is still fitted on my car for the new owner to hear in person as the video just dont do it justice. I can remove the system in about 10 mins so will do it when new owner is here. Also comes with a baffle and it does make a diiference to the tone, but i like it without the baffle but this is included anyway. My car is a 2.5 twin turbo with no cats so a straight through exhaust and as its the 2.5 tt its a smoother revving car so id say on the 3.0tt it would be more deeper sound, and raspy as hell on a N/A. I dont mind fitting it to your car for £20 if you wanted me to while the ramps are out and id supply a new 3" gasket for that as well. Price wise £250 collected or £270 fitted. xA-wToDiNto

little num
No takers on this, is it over priced ????? If your interested and feel its over priced make me an offer BUT this is a megga exhaust and is not restrictive at all being the 4" pipe.

little num
still fitted to car at the moment as i was going to leave it on so the new buyer can hear it as the video makes it sound alot quieter then it actually is, its very loud and rumbles the floor. Although i will be removing it within the next week as i have a trackday booked at oulton so need to stick the tanabe back on.
TheTurtleshead
I am interested, but im confused as to the actual diameter of the pipe? Is it 4" all the way through from tail pipe to where it bolts to the end of the second cat?

little num
The outlet hole (where the baffle fits into is 4 and a half inch outlet, the name tag is fixed to it on the video) then from the back box its a 4" pipe that goes to the join where the exhaust used to seperate into 2 sections, then after the join is the middle section and that is also 4" pipe that then goes to the flange that bolts onto your decat pipe. The join is factory and was bolted together using 4 bolts and a gasket but the gasket was rotten and blowing bad so i had it welded together as i couldnt get a 3 and a half inch gasket with 4 holes in. The exhaust is stainless so will never go rusty and sounds really nice LOUD but the turbo's whistle out the back and sounds like a truck lol. I will remove the exhaust tomorrow and update with pictures and more info as i will draw pictures and size's on so you all know what i mean. little num
Ok now the exhaust is off ive been able to measure it properly and unfortunaly its not a 4" pipe, its a 3 and a half inch pipe and 4 and a half inch outlet pipe (where the baffle goes in). Where it bolts to the decat the pipe goes smaller as it goes into a 3" flange ready for the decat pipe. Pics are now updated so take a look and for those people who was interested drop me a pm.
