Skype account hacked, what a nightmare company to deal with

NO telephone support numbers, their support forum removed my complaint within 10 minutes of my posting it, and after an interminable time on line with an "agent" I am no further and £35 quid out of pocket, and unsure if some crook has got my debit card details. Here is the on line chat:

I changed my out of date payment card details to my current debit card yesterday, and also topped up my account with a £10 UK pounds credit. I ensured auto recharge was OFF. I have now seen auto recharge is back on and my debit card has been fraudulently debited an extra £25. This has apparently all been used up today by calls to land lines and mobiles in Cameroon, Senegal and God knows where else. I have informed my bank, Barclays Bank PLC. I have changed my Skype password. My computer is up to date with anti virus and is only used by myself, at home. Can this unauthorised and fraudulent debit be refunded, and what do I need to do now, please? Thanks, Chris Wilson.

2.The order number.

3.The payment method or credit card type used to make the purchase.

4.The email address you used when you first registered with Skype.

I still need your VAT number, I was of the opinion it was a legal requirement to show it on invoices that are chraging VAT?

They have offered a full refund this morning, although a Google search shows offering and receiving are quite different. We will see. Having NO phone number to contact them on is, as far as I know, against credit and debit card sales regulations, at least in the UK. I am usually very cautious about letting a company or individual have access to bank card details, and pay a premium to avoid direct debits. Seems either I wasn't vigilant when signing up, or things have changed since a few years ago when I subscribed. Anyone else know a company that has the means to debit your card ad lib that has no contact phone number, just out of curiosity?
