GINNO78
Ok been having a horrid noise on bad roads and when going over bumps which was driving me mad!! Spent half hour under the car and have found that when I pull/swing up and down on the Uprated TRD ARB the rubber bushes squeak as they flex and grip the bar which is making a horrific noise on anything other than smooth motorway runs....anyone know what I can do to stop this? Is it a common problem? Its embarrassing sounds like the car is going to fall apart when going over bumps as it sounds more like a scrape/click when I go over bad roads...I have sprayed the Rubber bushes with WD40 ....not been and tried it yet to see if its improved... Should I be able to remove it and grease up the bushes perhaps? What are my options? Thanks
supra matt
yes your best off to remove the bush and put a small smear of copper grease on the bar and bush mate

supra matt
the click-clunk might be the drop links on there way out also
GINNO78
No as my problems are to do with the ARB bushes flexing against the ARB it actually improves the hotter the car gets, but initially the rougher the road the louder the noise! Drop links on mine are all good and everything on mine is Polybushed!
GINNO78
Guys incase anyone else ever gets this problem....after stripping the bar I realised the TRD ARB 's have individual grease nipples...where you can connect a grease gun upto them and pump the bushes with grease, after doing this the car is super smooth now and no scraping clunking sounds anymore
Guigsy
my sup has abit of a click when i turn right, does the noise speed increase the faster you go? That's caused by the subframe bolts needing tightening iirc. Mine had it.bolts tightened. Went away.
dude
My Titan arb has grease nipples in the roll bar bush brackets to keep the bushes greased.
