What were they going to do if she had got there on time ? Other than the possibility of getting a little grit down there, she looked worth the effort. Makes no sense giving her the flick because she was a few seconds over the ETA.....the only message I get from it is that Breitlings are worn by people who never quite manage to find the time to get laid.

Likely a custom build Harley. Looks like a hardtail rear end and is definitely running a springer fork - these were common back in the 40's but a new computer designed springer fork was developed in the late '80s. (Got a brochure somewhere for the '88 Springer but never bought one)

No idea if this one is the old or the new though.

The engine looks like a Harley Evo.

Forks could be newish as well, Harley sold springer models until this year, and there are aftermarket versions. The design goes back to the 1920s (George Brough nicked it for the "Castle" forks fitted to Brough Superiors).

Harley with hardtail , suprising she can walk really , springer forks about £ 750 , Harley might catch up this coming year with water cooling , having discovered OHC this millenium .

Nice booming exhaust to cover the sack of spanners sound from the engine - lol

gotta love image marketing
