JPow
After buying my Supra i realise i miss the leather seats of my Celica. Anyone know if anybody has converted Toyota Celica Gen 7 seats into a MKIV supra? Or anybody with more knowledge than me know if its possible? Ta in advance JP Edited November 3, 2011 by Gaz6002 (see edit history)
Noz
I've seen this done a few days ago Im sure. Try the search button. They sit slightly lower than stock seats IIRC

Gaz6002
Titled changed to something more descriptive so it's easier for others to find this thread. If you try a bit harder with the titles then it'll help other members

Shane
Perfect i know its possible thanks alot guys But I wouldnt even try and attempt it without using some rails like the ones from the group buy or similar. The time the use of these rails saves pays for them. I did have a look at doing it without ages ago and decided it was not going to be easy. Shane
Lad on the forum used the rails off his old oem seats, then welded more steel to the runners and bolted them on. I did look at a that as one option but the rails on the oem supra seat rails are not nice and flat and with my limited welding skills decided it was not worth it, also when I looked at that method, my oem seats were working and the idea was to keep it complete and then flog them on. If I had known then that my seat was going to die, I may well hae gone down this route.
