hodge
If I were to sell my car what sort of money do you think it would fetch. Not that I'm wanting to sell it, more like curiosity really. Anyways what do you guys think?? Cheers John

j_jza80
I reckon you'd see between £20k and £25k to the right (most probably foreign) buyer
j_jza80
20000£? Weren't you saying you sold an auto uk spec for not much less than that?
SUPRALAND
Maybe, who cares? Lets go back to The Hodge supra;) Edited November 1, 2011 by SUPRALAND (see edit history)

d-_-b
So looking at £24ish as a middle ground - still quite a nice figure! (though obv comes nowhere near to the time & effort & buld costs that have gone into it!! ) Norway, Denmark or Sweden - i wonder which one. . . johnny g
£25k IMO mate. It's an absolute stunner.
Westy
I would have said about £25k also John, but the envy sup has been for sale at £26k for an age!?! Car is worth it all day long, but it's what someone will pay that truly determines worth.
Josh
I agree with the £20-25k. Out if interest, do you think you'll ever sell it?
Scott
Has to be at least 20K. I think the only thing holding it back from being nearer to 30K is that it was an N/A Auto to begin with. Even though absolutely everything has been changed the chassis no. will still hold people back. Much like the whole N/A-TT what's it worth. 6spd big single aero TRD widebody with the most OCD and custom work ever seen.... doesn't get much better than that. SUPRALAND
one thing is certain: between the estimated price (requested) and bids of potential buyers, there is sometimes a big difference ... More pics of you supra woud be cool:)
hodge
I agree with the £20-25k. Out if interest, do you think you'll ever sell it? It's hard to say really. I love the car to bits and can't see myself selling in the near future, but ill have to grow up sometime. But I'm not in a hurry to do that that's for sure. Waynes was an NA auto to start with, he sold his for £26.5k iirc Ive always said id never sell mine, now its finished im bored and thinking a new project might be nice, it would have to be a VERY good offer for me to even consider it though. EDIT, thinking about it, i doubt i could bring myself to sell it. Edited November 1, 2011 by JamieP (see edit history)
Bailey.
Considering a mid spec single is around £15k, the extra work and spec of yours has to add £10k, and as already said, it would almost definitely leave the uk:)

Supra's were selling then though... for big money too. A lot of the BIG singles sold around the same time for good money. Lots of European buyers willing to pay top money. They are still there of course, but the money isn't quite as high as it was before. There are a lot of nice Supras at the moment that people are struggling to sell for less money than they should be. tkddav3
gotta be the same if not more as kevin huntleys trd, it would be a crime to let it sell for anything less than in the 28,29,30k area!
j_jza80
Maybe, who cares? Lets go back to The Hodge supra;) I just don't understand how a very basic uk TT can be worth even half of what this is?
SUPRALAND
Thats the market price in france that all. A stock lhd supra 6 speed worth 25000euro minimum. A nice single one its 32000. Thats why a very nice uk spec like my last one worth more than 15000euro.
Brazil
Why is it that recently a few of you guys that have invested so much time and $$ on singleT. projects want to sell up as soon as the project is completed? Is it maybe because of pressure from either the partner or self concious of the financial comitment that it took and will continue because you guys have a hunger to continue to modify. Or could it be because what you guys really get a kick out off is modifying; rather then owning a high peformance car and once the project is complete you need to search for another project?
