Digsy
Any opinions on this for value for money? I've always wanted a leather suite - OK, this isn't going to be top quality, but my old (cloth) suite cost about the same and has lasted 8 years pretty much intact apart from a bit of grubbiness and some light wear. Just happened to be wandering around Homebase last night and spotted it. There is currently a £50 off offer that suite, plus I managed to get another 15% off just by looking disintested, which makes it cheap enough to tempt me. I'm addicted to recliners and I thought a reclining leather suite would set me back about £2k. Thoughts?

michael
Looks like a decent buy, I'm currently enduring a 14 week wait for something that looks fairlysimilar to the 3 seater pictured - I went on a quiet night and managed to knock them down a bit on price but those still look to be very good value. One of the selling points they kept banging on about with mine was that it has an authentic "lay-z-boy" mechanism or something... perhaps the Homebase one does too.... it seems cheap enough though Isn't there a day when Homebase knock a % off all prices as well? Might be worth going then for an even bigger saving?

I think that's what the salesman was eluding to. He said if I bought it on this Saturday he could give me another 15% off. Can't beat recliners
