Littler
Not sure if anyone's seen it but the last ever issue of Redline has Paul's Whifbitz's Supra featured and there's lots of pictures and chat about Jamie's too!

Westy
Cover is a 600bhp MR2!. Bought this mag at the weekend...the write up on Pauls car is full of praise! Redline was one of the better mags and it's sad that they have folded where other lesser mags are still hitting the shelves!
Supra Gaz
As above, Redline was a well written pretty tasteful magazine, where as maxshite carries on....
Littler
It is well written but it did go through stages over its time. Went from a anything with wheels, to a chav mag, then it went to what it is now! Good move I think

j_jza80
2 of the best uk Supras representing It's sad about Redline, was one of the better 'main stream' mags. For anyone looking for a new monthly, I'd definately recommend Practical Performance car.

Jamesy
Well done guys. Definite shame as the Redline crew are good guys. Sign of the times with publishing. Ive been in sales and publishing for 12 years and mags are seen as dinosuars, everything is going online.
Attero
Just as soon as Supras are becoming in fashion for magazines again, they all start shutting down. God dammit.

Gaz6002
everything is going online. I don't necessarily agree with that. There isn't much money in online car publications at all right now.
Jamesy
I don't necessarily agree with that. There isn't much money in online car publications at all right now. Maybe purely in the car insutry - i work in B2B and one of the largest publishers in the UK...everything is moving online. I dont agree with it all...i think hard copies of magazines will always have their place - but the cost of print, paper and postage has rocketed and advertising has not always kept up = CLOSURE!! Not when you have great forums to part-take in, who needs online publications?
Gaz6002
Not when you have great forums to part-take in, who needs online publications? Well that's the thing. None of the car mags have found a solution online that makes anywhere near the money magazines make, or that engages the reader in any meaningful way. The future of car publishing is very much up in the air right now.
Wez
The problem is once on-line they are open to piracy, why would someone pay over £5 for mag when it could then be downloaded for free, if they stuck to paperback people would have no option but to purchase a copy. Style
Picked up my copy on Tuesday. 2 very deserving features for 2 awesome cars! It's a Toyota special too, so its definitely a good read front to back

AndyT
Picked it up today for a read whilst in a waiting room. Chuffed to bits to see Paul, Jamie, Ryan and Toyota in general getting a huge pat on the back. Well done to all involved. Shame the mags gone but a great way to go.
