Geo
Little Update - Well its been been 8 wks since my OP, and today is the first day i've had no pain in my Elbow. Surgeon said it would take 12wks to heal up, but looks like i've done it in 8. I've got one last appointment to see him in January then if he says its ok, i will be back to full training, and may even compete(might do another thread on how i do this?) The relief i've got from getting this Injury repaired is amazing, at one point even lifting a cup of tea was painful and even shaking hands was horrific. So glas i opted for the surgery.
