Are you looking for something different from sleeving or do you plan on stitching it yourself?

Rob_Mitchell
Are you looking for something different from sleeving or do you plan on stitching it yourself? no im just sure i have seen the same stuff on a self adhesive roll or sheet. so you just cut how much you need and roll it over the wires ect. I hate seeing something and not finding it again.... AAHHHH

Scott
Adhesive heat shield matting... http://1.2.3.10/bmi/www.priracing.com/shopimages/products/normal/HeatShieldMatBIG.jpg
TheTurtleshead
I would go for the tubular/ sleeve stuff, it will last much longer than any sort of adhesive wrap, plus if you need another wire in the sleeve you can just slide it through, solder/ crimp on some connectors, et voila, rather than having to unwrap it all again an throw away the old wrap. Plus I have always thought a solid sleeve looks better and is easier to clean . What exactly are you hopeing to protect with this stuff? Just wires or other things too? Chris Wilson
I have bought quite a lot of Raychem aerospace quility heat shrink tubing in various diameters, but it's mainly all black, but I think I have a reel of red as well, for anyone making looms or tidying stuff up. Can do a good price. Also have thin stuff for in tank pump wiring jobs.
