TT PAS rack, TT rad fan shroud, TT thick core radiator

I think my customer has decided to go for a new rad, thanks anyway. I have found an issue with the PAS pump mounting (will post separate thread, may help others avoid a VERY expensive failure). Would still be interested in the rack as a spare, not sure how much you expect, PM me a guide price, not wanting to upset you and all that :) Cheers.

I'm just on the way out. DO NOT remove the A/C compressor and leave the PAS pump not fully supported. Fabricate something to take the place of it. The cast lug on the block will / can snap off, meaning scrap block, and in practice, cost wise, possibly a scrap engine. I have now had two cars here that have done this. I had to give someone on here the good news only this week. You can probably use the front part of the A/C compressor hacked about to do this, I intend to check it out. If in doubt about how to make something strong enough leave it on, it isn't THAT heavy, and with the clutch disengaged it is only working as another idler pulley.

i have no air con without the extra support.

my car is off the road for the winter so thats on the to do list.

it seems so sturdy though?

Does it damage the pas pump or anything else? Pulley? Aux belt?
