HTML or Script help

I'm looking for a very simple piece of code but I'm unsure of what to search for so can't make head nor tail of what I am after lol.

 

I have a website with 4 frames. 1 for the menu that doesn't change, 1 for the header that doesn't change, 1 for the main body which changes depending on the link and the last one that I have just added that will change depending on what link has been clicked.

 

I'm basically turning each page on my site to multiple pages so the new frame will hold "Part 1, Part 2" etc.

 

At the moment when I click on a link the main body changes to the page referenced. Eg for the "timeline" when it is clicked on the "Timeline" page is shown in the main frame. What I need is for the new frame to ALSO change so that it changes to "TimeHead.htm".

 

All I need is a command that when the "Timeline.htm" page is opened, it automatically changes the "Head" frame to "TimeHead.htm".

 

I have...

 

Target = "Head" href="TimeHead.htm"

 

I just don't know what to put the above into to get it to carry it out when the page loads.

I just go with what I know. My knowledge is very limited in HTML. I'm completely self taught and I don't have the time to learn about iframes or other alternatives at the moment. As long as it works I'm happy
