Branners
If you value talking to your kids I would avoid it. So many times I see kids hunched over the screen, locked in a virtual world not talking to anybody. They get withdrawl symptoms if you take it away too. My children are not allowed them, I have a PSP and my son gets 15 minutes max on that if at all. Take the money and take your kids somewhere special, find a sleepover at London Zoo, or HMS Belfast or something like that. So if you value any interaction with your kids I would avoid it!! Jamesy
Thanks for the link foggy, too late! Yes Branners totally understand your point. My misses and I had already said to limit them to half hr on it. Both the kids play on our iphones on the games and education apps and have learnt a lot from them so the dsi seems the next step for them to have!! But im with you in not wanting my kids to be sat brainwashed infront of a screen for 5hrs a day!!!
