hodge
This is starting to take shape now. There was a total jumble of sensor wiring ran behind the downpipe and everyone had melted. I'd imagine 2.4 bar is quite hot lol. I've vertically finished the tuck on the turbo side. It looks pretty bare now. Just waiting to speak to kev about a few things before I crack on again. I'm also waiting for a shed load of loom tape cos I've ran out. I'll get some pics up later on.

T2 MSW
Looking forward to this build Hodge - especially if your car is anything to go by One thing I dont understand though is how Kevin managed to keep hold of this car given its value when Envy owed so many people parts and Money? Dim Sum
Why don't you live closer to me so you could do this for me
hodge
Heres a few pics of todays progress. The line lock is removed and so is the cruise control unit. Brake master cylinder and res are also removed. Brake booster, fluid level and EGT sensor all ran through the bulkhead. ABS/Trac relay box has been cut out the loom. all the wastegate pipes and other wiring has been tucked away neatly. Boost sensor and fuel pressure gauge wires are ran through the bulkhead to protect them from heat. i did this because every sensor wire was previously ran behind the downpipe and had melted. And this is how it looks at the minute.

As it happens I'm currently doing 1 on Bosscos car. The turbo side is all done, just the intake side to do. I'm just doing it In-between other stuff when I can. hodge
Great work Hodge where do you hide the small square fuse box? Because Kevin wanted the trac control and ABS removing I just cut it out the loom. When I did Johnny.Gs I fitted it under the drivers headlight. Rob_Mitchell
Needs extending. i never extended mine
hodge
i never extended mine I do this on the error of caution so I can tuck the cable away from any possible damage or water contamination. When the battery is on its a permanent 12V live, so best not get it wet.
