Noz
Hi guys, question for the sprayers.... excuse the pun. I want to try something new, it may turn out looking aweful, but if we don't try, we don't learn. Few of you guys and pumping out some really awesome stuff these days, so thanks for any input. How easy is it to get a marble finish. I'm only going through the stages of researching the process, but experience with this would be great. Just going to be doing little bits to begin with, I think a whole car might be a bit much, depending on colour etc. Thanks!
Jimmy James
Spray the basecoat, then pearl over top. Apply cling film to the surface with the pearl still wet and pull off. Then clearcoat the lot

Rob_Mitchell
There is lots of ways of doing it, the proper way is to put a marbiliser additive which makes it swirl, cheap wa is to use bubblewrap or a sponge lol Easy cheap way is always best Edited October 13, 2011 by Rob_Mitchell (see edit history)
