Jellybean
Is this any different to the standard one? It is the standard one, not too sure if it needed to be removed to fit the kit or maybe in Japan mechanics just god fed up with it and dumped it If the other TRD3000GT owners are running one , going to try and source one
Tyson
Why don't you just try and see if it fits? If not then sell it, simples. They didn't make that may of them so getting a reply I think is going to be a long shot but good luck.

Dnk
I have a custom made aluminium plate on my car, fits to the back edge of the front bumper and to the cross member behind the engine. I wouldnt use my car without one as it must keep a fair amount of muck and grim out the engine bay low down Edited October 11, 2011 by Dnk (see edit history)
Tyson
John on here and Dunk should be on shortly Oh if you count retrofitted ones then there are quite a few, I thought you were just interested in ones that came from the factory. Chris Wilson
Also, its relevant for cooling due to pressure zones as well as clearing away turbulence I agree, it's more aerodynamic than for keeping the engine bay clean Reduces turbulence, aids stability and increases MPG, theoretically. probably some Jap will have the figures for all this, pity car makers don't publish documentation after say 15 years. Jurgen-Jm-Imports
the TRD original one comes with a different larger undertray to cover bumper., but you can just use stock.

Are you talking about the diffuser section on the bumper ? It reaches back under the oil pump, It looks like the stock unit covers the underneath completely , as far back as the front cross member

And before anyone pipes up and tells me my car doesn't have a genuine kit but the genuine front bumper is the same as the MVP replica.
