MARTIN R
Going to waste the majority of my day off sorting out my number plate at my local DVLA centre anyone know how long all this takes. Would like to have new plate on for JAE but not sure if it's possible. If it takes ages for paperwork to be returned might leave it to afterwards
SUPRALOOPY
it takes no time at all.. you get all the docs back and then you go get your plate made...or get your plate made if you know someone with a valid plate id number or go to sign maker and get a fancy one no questions asked and your away...thats what i did they mark your v5 with new number and issue a new tax disc as well,,,,,,hope this helps
imi
took me 1:30 hrs to wait for my turn. When the time came, it literally took the girl 5 mins to sort out the paperwork.....well impressed.

Ian R
No one used Worcester DVLA then took just the 4hrs waiting and i'm pretty sure you have to leave it with them now and collect 1-2 days later

Burna
I used Worcester, was in and out in 1 hour no problem. Maybe it was because I was just switching plates around from my old car to new and re-applying old reg. no. to old car etc... I don't know. All I had to do was leave the girlfriend inside keeping an eye on the queue number count while I stood outside smoking and chatting to people admiring my car , which was nice lol.
