mikeyb10supra
And if it is, why wasn't she detained indefinately like it says in the first article? Funny how they dont mention the first murder Inccident in 2005 http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-23371812-daughter-admits-killing-her-own-mother.do Todays Latest Story http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-15252020 Discuss
Josh
Crazy crazy! Did you remember her from the first murder?
mikeyb10supra
Crazy crazy! Did you remember her from the first murder? Not really I googled her name and the other one came up. Thought it was a coincidence given the name, but both ages at the time of the murders stack up too. Another ridiculous decision by our justice system again by the looks of it and another unnecessary life lost

Brazil
People like her ought to be exterminated, they contribute nothing to society..! How sad, that the British legal system have failed so badly..!
stevie_b
Sounds like it's the same person. Nasty piece of work, a few sandwiches short of a picnic.
MaveriK
Bring back the chair/rope/being made to watch Liverpool/injection for this one. But i am sure they will try and give her a big hug to make things better rather than rid us of something quite feral.
Havard
Jesus. She stabbed her own mother to death and was back out in general circulation within 5 years? I imagine punishing her properly would have infringed her human rights and therefore she should be allowed to do what the fook she wants. H. H. doesn't it cost the tax payer on average 250K per year per prisoner (high security), probably one of the reasons they let her out in 5 years, a total cost of 1.25M in prison fees alone. surely there must be a cheaper and much more effective way? why don't we send her to Camp-X or is that reserve for only certain types
Martin J
surely there must be a cheaper and much more effective way? Sure there is, but apparently we're too civilised to contemplate using it thesedays
j_jza80
I'd love to know what the 58% of the population who dont agree with Capital punishment think of this. Its just disgusting this has happened.

Abz
What you saying, 'certain types' ? ............racist ! You couldn't wait to get in there could you Paul?!? I agree, this is 3 people (assume she stabbed the person at the bus stop too) to have paid with their lives. I don't understand why it costs £250,000 a year or £5,000 a week to keep someone in a cell? If this is what it costs then they should send her to my house & give me £100,000 a year. I'll be saving the government £150,000 a year not to mention my taxes should come down too for that (fat chance). For £100,000 she would be fed 3 times a day, on a good day given a couple of biscuits & let out to walk in the garden (which will be caged) & then she can spend the rest of the time in the basement. This will obviously have good lighting, a small TV & loads & loads of books (hope she likes reading).

Havard
If the government had the balls they would make prisons places that are just concrete blocks. Each room would have a heater, bed, bog and basin and that would be it. If you break or damage any of them, you don't get a replacement. Human rights legislation has now played into the hands of the majority. Instead of a few people getting the shitty end of the stick, everyone gets away with murder..!! H. garethr
...why wasn't she detained indefinitely... We hear "indefinitely" and think "for ever". The medical and legal professions hear "indefinitely" and think "could be a week, could be 30 years".
