st3ven1 Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 Wouldn't be so sure on that one. With your car being a UK, you will not require a restrictor ring at all. On a J-spec with first de-cat only, I don't think the second cat will provide enough resistance to keep the boost level in check. Therefore a restrictor ring would be necessary. Mine held at 0.8bar with the 2nd cat and a Nur Spec R in place. hi mate that's great even cheaper. so far so good on the new Rad looks nice i can tell difference in size . just got check for leaks now . if the coolant level stays the same in the bottle that means its ok Ye? so the cat. if I got a hks super drager I need a 2.5 inch preferble ye ? and will I notice a difference doing just the one as that's all I going to do for now. Yeah, if you filled it and parked facing up a hill (or front jacked up) with the heather on full hot and let all the air bubble out then topped it up until it stopped, it should be fine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

k9l3 Posted October 6, 2011 Author Share Posted October 6, 2011 ok I thought there should be. well so far I glad because before a month ago I use to have problems with the gearbox and I changed the oil 3 or 4 times and nothing now works lovely after I got oil cooler then when Rad started leaking started again when got low now Rad in working fine .
