The shadows aren't in the same direction from the supra as from the other cars. At a push that could be down to local lighting (e.g. lights in the roof of a tunnel) but I doubt it. Also, how would it have been taken without causing a pile-up? Traffic looks like it's flowing freely, and setting up a posed photoshoot with a stationary car in the middle lane of a free-flowing motorway would surely have ended in tears or death. Another feint possibility is that it's not a motorway/freeway at all, and either a large film set or a road on an industrial estate somewhere. It looks like the model has had several photos of her taken, with or without her on a supra, and the photos have been edited to varying degrees to form part of a set.
